PMO Governance at Rent. At Rent (a Redfin Company), I was responsible for establishing PMO governance across multiple projects within the sales and digital marketing divisions. The objective was to standardize processes and improve project outcomes across various workstreams.

Task

Situation

Agile Transformation at NTT DATA. At NTT DATA, I was brought in to lead an Agile transformation for a large-scale project involving 75+ team members. The company needed to improve delivery efficiency and alignment across multiple departments.

Task

I was tasked with leading the transformation, ensuring that Agile methodologies were adopted effectively and that project delivery was accelerated by at least 15-30%.

Action

I implemented an Agile Release Train (ART) for the team and guided DevOps experts and product owners through the necessary changes. I led PI planning sessions, facilitated daily stand-ups, and coached the teams on how to manage risk and issues. Additionally, I worked with senior leadership to ensure alignment between Agile processes and business objectives.

Situation

Driving Customer Success & Creating Value at NOMi/Axper. I was hired to address a critical situation with a high-profile client whose project was significantly behind schedule and over budget. The client was dissatisfied with the lack of progress and was considering canceling the project, which threatened both the client relationship and project profitability.

Task

My task was to salvage the client relationship, realign the project to meet the client's business objectives, and make the initiative profitable again. This involved addressing project inefficiencies, restoring client trust, and ensuring the project was delivered within the revised budget and timeline.

Action

I initiated regular communication with the client’s leadership team to provide transparency and updates on progress. I conducted a thorough assessment of the project to identify key issues and worked with the client to realign expectations, redefine the scope, and set new, realistic deliverables. I also implemented Agile methodologies, optimized resource allocation, and introduced KPIs to track progress and mitigate risks effectively.

Result

These efforts led to the project being successfully brought back on track, with the client’s satisfaction improving. The initiative became profitable by reducing inefficiencies and optimizing costs. Improving Client Satisfaction at DataOceans. At DataOceans, I was responsible for leading SaaS product implementations across various industries. I noticed that client satisfaction was lower due to a lack of visibility and communication during the project lifecycle.

Task

My goal was to improve client satisfaction by enhancing project visibility and optimizing communication between project teams and clients.

Action

I introduced new tracking tools and reporting scripts to increase visibility into project progress.
